Save the Date: Live TeamDynamix Training Webinar to be Held July 9

Dear Helix Users,

As a reminder, our new IT Service Management platform, TeamDynamix (TDX), will officially launch on July 15, 2025.

To help prepare for this transition, we will be hosting a live training webinar on Wednesday, July 9 at 10:30 AM. The session will run for approximately 90 minutes and is designed to walk you through key features in TDX, such as creating tickets, managing queues, and supporting services. More details about the training will be shared in the coming weeks.

The training will be recorded and made available to anyone that cannot attend the live event. 

Get a Head Start
If you’d like to start exploring TDX early, we recommend that you follow the self-paced Technician Training. It includes short, focused modules on various topics such as working tickets, using the dashboards, and understanding the layout of the system.

Helix Transition Reminders
As we move toward the launch, Helix support will be limited to queue changes and break/fix requests only. We’ll also send out a separate notification when incoming email tickets begin routing to TDX instead of Helix.
