Dear Helix Users,
We’re excited to share that our new IT Service Management platform, TeamDynamix (TDX), will launch on July 15, 2025.
What to Expect
To ensure a smooth transition, training will be provided for all users in the two-week period leading up to the launch. The training sessions will help to familiarize you with TDX, from creating tickets and managing queues to supporting services.
We will also notify you when the deadline is set for incoming emails to start creating tickets in TDX instead of Helix.
Helix Request Limitations
As we shift focus to TDX, Helix-related support will be limited to queue changes and break/fix requests only.

• Watch recorded demos from the RFP process
• Learn more about the transition timeline
• Stay up to date on training opportunities and key updates
We will continue to update the website and send out further announcements as the launch date approaches.
