First Electronics Faire, April 26, 2024

The first electronics faire took place on April 26th, 2024 and featured 6 workshops, a tour of the A/V Archiving facilities at the Library’s Special Collections Research Center, a lecture series, and a Sit and Tinker Faire tabled by local organizations in Philadelphia.

2024’s Program and Events:

The event was keynoted by Rashid Zakat. The lecture series is available for viewing online at the library’s website. The sit and tinker faire was tabled by Iffy Books, Philly Community Wireless, Temple’s Computer Recycling Center, Philly Typewriter, Low Pass Coffee and Synthesizers, and PAR Recycle Works.
