Onboarding Steps

To be completed while working under your Emergency Permit:

  1. Complete Temple’s CTE Program Registration Application online
    • Information needed for this step will be in your CTE Welcome Email. After submitting the CTE Program Registration application, you will be prompted to activate your Temple account
  2. Submit Clearances to Temple Online
    • After activating your Temple account, follow the provided instructions to upload required clearances to the CEHD website
  3. Complete the Occupational Competency Assessment (OCA) Review or Credential Review Online
    • Detailed application instructions will be provided and will require you to upload verification of 8,000 hours of wage-earning experience in your program area along with the application fee.
