Hi, my name is Camilla Tahirova. I moved to Warminster, PA, a few years ago from Pomfret, Connecticut. Currently, I am a pre-med undergrad biochemistry major and finance minor at Temple University. My areas of interest include organic chemistry and biochemistry. Aside from academics, in my free time I enjoy reading and drawing. I joined the Borguet group in January 2025 to gain lab and research experience and to broaden my knowledge about chemical processes. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree, I
hope to attend medical school to become a physician. My parents both work as Advanced Practice RNs, coming a long way as immigrants from Uzbekistan. Their strong work ethics and passion for helping their patients continually inspire me to pursue a career in the medical field.
