Forthcoming Annual Conference at Africology Department, Temple University, February 2025.
Our Annual conference will celebrate its 22nd anniversary in February, 2025. The conference is free and open to all. In 2024 we hosted Alvin Pettit, the sculptor of the Harriet Tubman monument, for Philadelphia’s City Hall.
Pre-registration is recommended. The confeence will take place in-person in 2025.

Requested: 250 word abstracts and a short bio of 100 words.
Papers on any aspect of new research and its contribution to our knowledge and information areas about Underground Railroad History are welcome. The program will include paper presentations and a panel on “learning about UGRR history.”
Deadline: November 30, 2024.
