Basement fitness is a blog for the -biweekly live fitness session I do on Youtube Live. Here you can find all the previous recording as well as information on what’s coming soon. All workouts are designed for either spin bike or treadmill but since we run it based on perception of exertion you can really do it with anything. Current Sessions are Tue/Thu 7:00 PM EST.
