ASCE Region 2 Assembly at PITT

On November 4, 2017, The University of Pittsburgh hosted the 2017 ASCE Region 2 assembly consisting of the Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Central Pennsylvania, Lehigh Valley, National Capital, Maryland, and Delaware sections. At the University of Pittsburgh as engineers in our local region, we discussed sustainability in infrastructure; the goal in which sustainability is achieved and its affectability through the test of time. Temple University along with other local universities such as Villanova and Drexel also including YMF president and committee members represented the Philadelphia section of the assembly.

Langan Engineering and Environmental Services

Langan has two Fall internships this year where you can gain experience working on projects and in a team environment. The first one is a Traffic/Transportation internship in Doylestown and the other is a Survey internship in Philadelphia.

Philly YMF Welcome Back Bowling

The ASCE Philly YMF is hosting a welcome back event for students. Come with friends to the bowling alley and network with young professionals int he civil engineering field. A trophy will be given to the student with the highest bowling score. Pizza, soda, and water will be provided, along with coolers for BYOB, but you must be 21+ to drink.
