Matt is a PhD Candidate in the History Department at Temple University, with a MA in Museum Studies from George Washington University and a BA in History from Cornell University. He spent the past five years working in museums from the President Woodrow Wilson House to Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello, the George Eastman Museum (GEM), and the Slate Valley Museum (SVM). His primary interests are collective/historical/public memory, cultural history, public history, and social history.
