“Keeping the Dream Alive,” A Program Dedicated to the Life of Martin Luther King

“Keeping the Dream Alive” took place on January 20, 2020 to celebrate Martin Luther King day and commemorate the life of MLK. Sponsored by IDEAL, OLD, Student Activities Community Relations, and Office of Provost, this collaborative series of programs provide education, dialogue, and service opportunity to better understand the life of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. as well as explore methods to bring social justice practices into modern day practices. An MLK Brunch, Access Panel Conversation, and a showing of the Just Mercy Film was also hosted at this event.
