Be part of our Philly Art Schools Red Goes Green Team at the Phillies game on Thursday April 19th 2018!
The Red Goes Green Team consists of volunteers from local schools, volunteer organizations and environmental groups, who help with recycling efforts by collecting recyclable plastic and aluminum bottles during Phillies home games.
We are participating as Philly Art Schools – so there will be people from Moore, University of the Arts, Tyler, and PAFA all working together!
As a volunteer, you will receive the following:
- Our group recognized pre-game as our volunteers for the game
- Free parking (up to 10 passes)
- Meal ticket
- View of the game while collecting recyclables
- Option to stay for the remainder of the game after the 7th inning
We need at least 30 volunteers in order to participate. If you are interested, you must be able to commit to help collect recyclable plastic and aluminum bottles through the 7th inning of the game. You will need to be at Citizens Bank Park by 6:30pm on Thursday 4/19.
Please email me – emjohnson@moore.edu – by Monday April 9th at 5pm with your name and phone number if you would like to be put on the list. If your name is not on the list you will not be permitted into the ballpark. I will send detailed information to those who sign up the week before the game. You may also bring up to three guests (I just need their names and phone numbers as well)!
Let me know if you have any questions and I hope you will join us as we support the home team and help make the world a cleaner place!
