It is usually useful when we want to import some codes into our JupyterLab notebooks in the Google Colab. Here we briefly describe how to do so in Linux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This method needs Emacs &gt; 26.0 . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>gvfs-daemon should be installed. Then log in to Google account from Online Account menu of the following software:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=GNOME gnome-control-center<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If everything is fine, then you should be able to see the mounted volumes here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>gio mount &#8211;list<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C-f in Emacs and run:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\/gdrive:tul10139@temple.edu:\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>~\/\/gdrive:tul10139@temple.edu:\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Google Drive should be seen in Dired.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Using Emacs to edit Google Drive Documents Tramp in Emacs let us have access to Google Drive.
