About Temple SASE
Developing the next generation of Asian heritage leaders in science and engineering.

Our National Mission:
SASE is dedicated to the advancement of Asian heritage scientists and engineers in education and employment so that they can achieve their full career potential.
Our Commitment:
- Prepare Asian heritage scientists and engineers for success in the global business world
- Celebrate diversity on campuses and in the workplace
- Provide opportunities for members to make contributions to their local communities
Our Chapter’s Story:
Recognizing a need for a dedicated space where Asian heritage students in STEM could connect and grow, the SASE chapter at Temple University was proudly re-launched in the Fall of 2024. Building on the legacy of the original chapter (Fall 2016 – Fall 2021), our mission is to empower our members with the skills, network, and community needed to thrive.
Our first semester as an official student organization in Spring 2025 was a phenomenal success, welcoming over 30 new members and a dedicated team of 5 interns. Our core initiatives focus on professional development through
resume workshops and company info-sessions, celebrating our cultures with social gatherings, and building lasting friendships.
We are actively shaping the future of SASE at Temple. Join us as we build a legacy of excellence, community, and leadership.
