His courses on brand strategy and advertising psychology are perennially popular among students of advertising and unrelated disciplines alike. After spending nearly a decade working in the commercial sector at the intersection of television, the Internet, and social media, Eanes earned his Ph.D. in Media Studies from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/journalism.uoregon.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">University of Oregon<\/a>\u00a0in 2015. He is one of a distinguished few to have earned the Master-level Insights Professional Certification (IPC) from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.insightsassociation.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Insights Association<\/a>, underscoring his commitment to both marketing research and pedagogical advancement. Dr. Eanes lives in downtown Wilmington, Delaware with Hiro, his trusty Shiba Inu, who is also one of the namesakes of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.huxleyandhiro.com\/\">Huxley &amp; Hiro<\/a>, the bookstore that Eanes co-owns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This Site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of a new initiative developed by the Office of the Provost, Dr. Eanes was selected as one of three faculty members from Temple University&#8217;s main campus in Philadelphia who would spend the Spring 2024 semester teaching at TU Japan in Tokyo.
