Spencer Rand has been practicing law for over 25 years and has been with Temple Legal Aid Office since 2000. \u00a0He focuses his work on representing low-income Philadelphians with HIV, Cancer, and\/or physical disabilities. \u00a0He has practiced as a legal aid lawyer, a sole practitioner, and as an executive director of a legal nonprofit. \u00a0More information about his career and scholarly work can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sarah Katz has practiced family law in Philadelphia for ten years, first as a supervising attorney at the Family Advocacy Unit of Community Legal Services and since 2012 in the Temple Legal Aid Office. \u00a0Her work focuses on representing low-income Philadelphians with family court matters. \u00a0 More information about her career and scholarly work can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n
