Carnell Professor in the Department of Bioengineering at Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. She is recognized for her research on the development of\u00a0vibrational spectroscopy applications for evaluation of connective tissues. Dr. Pleshko has substantial expertise in basic and translational research in connective tissue pathophysiology and orthopedics, including osteoarthritis and cartilage repair, osteoporosis, osteogenesis imperfecta and other bone pathologies.
