Stretched – to pull something to its full length.
Ask your child to stretch out a rubber band or scarf.
Fussing – complaining, crying, giving attention to
Ask your child why a baby fusses.
Mutter – to speak in a low tone that is hard to understand; mumble
Ask your child to show you how to mumble.
Rascal – mischievous person.
Ask your child what a rascal might do.
