Guacamole – a thick Mexican dip made principally of mashed avocados, salsa or hot peppers, and onions.
Avocado – a tropical American fruit shaped like a pear. It has a green or black skin and a yellowish green pulp
Ripe – finished growing and ready to pick and eat
Tender – not tough; soft
