Dr. Pachik has over 13 years of clinical practice in occupational therapy in urban acute care settings and has experiences as a fieldwork coordinator in both clinical and academic settings. She completed her clinical doctorate in occupational therapy at Chatham University where her capstone project focused on millennial students and professional behaviors. She has presented on professional behaviors and generational differences in local, regional and national venues.
