Join us for the\u00a0October 2025<\/strong>\u00a0pick of 8th Grade Book Club here in\u00a0Temple\u00a0Honors! This month we are reading\u00a0The Giver by Lois Lowry<\/strong>.

We will meet in-person in the LOUNGE from 4-5pm (note the room change!)<\/strong>Thursday, October 23 (read entire book)

We’ll order pizza, chat about the texts, reflect on how our understanding of these texts might have changed since reading it in middle\/high school, and make connections to our classes, present day, and other pieces of literature. Also join us on Thursday, October 30 for a movie party where we’ll watch The Giver film adaptation!<\/td><\/tr>
