Dhruvi Naik is in her final semester of graduate studies in Business Analytics<\/strong> at Temple University<\/strong>. With a strong foundation in Information Technology<\/strong> and advanced data analysis<\/strong> expertise, she is passionate about leveraging Generative AI<\/strong> to drive innovation and bridge the gap between technology and business. Her experience includes serving as a Student Researcher<\/strong> in Temple\u2019s Research and Leadership Department<\/strong>, where she partnered with inventors and faculty to draft IP disclosures<\/strong>, supported patent filings<\/strong>, and developed streamlined digital processes that enhanced inventor engagement. She also conducted market research<\/strong> to assess the potential of emerging technologies and contributed to both incubation<\/strong> and commercialization<\/strong> projects.<\/p>

At TEDxTempleUniversity<\/strong>, Dhruvi serves as Director for Speakers and Recruitment<\/strong>, where she leads the effort to identify<\/strong>, recruit<\/strong>, and develop speakers<\/strong> whose stories inspire impact and shift perspectives. She manages the speaker application process<\/strong>, oversees initial screenings<\/strong> and interviews<\/strong>, ensures diversity<\/strong> and balance<\/strong> in the lineup, and coordinates with the curation<\/strong> and coaching teams<\/strong> to prepare speakers for the stage.
