Jeff Rufenacht is a versatile leader, sales executive, and U.S. Army veteran whose career spans military service, business consulting, nonprofit leadership, and healthcare technology. With over 25 years of diverse experience, Jeff has built a reputation for resilience, strategic vision, and the ability to inspire people across industries.<\/p>

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Jeff began his career leading tank and cavalry units during Operation Desert Storm, later serving as an Executive Officer, Troop Commander, and Brigade Staff Trainer. Across multiple command roles, he oversaw thousands of soldiers, vehicles, and operations, earning recognition as one of the top leaders in his brigade for operational excellence and readiness.<\/p>

Transitioning into civilian leadership, Jeff co-founded and directed nonprofits such as SPLASH Ministries and the Foundation for Achieving Character and Educational Success, designing programs that connected young adults with mentorship, education, and community service. In business, he has worked as a franchise consultant, account executive, and sales leader, with proven success in client acquisition, negotiation, and building sustainable revenue growth. His roles at Optimal Phone Interpreters and Stratus Video highlight his commitment to bridging communication barriers in healthcare through technology-driven solutions.<\/p>

Beyond his professional achievements, Jeff is also an actor, model, and spokesperson, having represented brands across more than 70 campaigns globally. Whether on stage, in boardrooms, or on the frontlines of military operations, he brings the same focus: fostering connection, trust, and impact.<\/p>

Today, Jeff continues to blend his military discipline, nonprofit passion, and business acumen to help organizations and communities grow.
