Currently an <strong data-start=\"390\" data-end=\"446\">Associate at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB)<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"518\">Adjunct Professor at Temple University\u2019s Fox School of Business<\/strong>, Rachel advises clients ranging from emerging growth companies to large corporations on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital matters.<\/p><p data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"1115\">Rachel\u2019s academic journey includes a <strong data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"810\">JD-MBA from the University of Virginia School of Law and Darden School of Business<\/strong>, as well as a <strong data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"875\">BA in Economics from the University of Georgia<\/strong>. She has been recognized in publications and podcasts for her leadership in equity, access, and representation in the legal profession.<\/p><p data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1773\">Rachel\u2019s global experiences\u2014spanning travel to over fifteen countries and proficiency in multiple languages\u2014bring a unique perspective to her work.
