Geoff Wright is a <strong data-start=\"325\" data-end=\"359\">Professor at Temple University<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"364\" data-end=\"419\">Director of the Neuromotor Science Graduate Program<\/strong>, where his research and teaching focus on <strong data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"577\">cognitive neuroscience, motor control, and virtual reality applications in rehabilitation and human performance<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"921\">He is also <strong data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"644\">Co-founder and Principal Scientist at UprightVR<\/strong>, a research-driven company developing cutting-edge VR solutions to enhance motor learning, balance, and neurorehabilitation. His work bridges neuroscience, engineering, and immersive technologies, advancing both academic inquiry and practical interventions for human health.<\/p><p data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"1153\">Prior to his academic career, Dr. Wright served as a\u00a0<b>Satellite Engineering\u00a0<\/b><b>Officer<\/b><b>\u00a0in the United States Air Force<\/b>, where he applied his technical expertise to aerospace systems and mission-critical operations. He also had the unique opportunity to fly with NASA\u2019s Vomit Comet,\u00a0where he conducted research in weightlessness, gaining insight into microgravity effects on the human body.\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1587\">Dr. Wright holds a <strong data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1232\">PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Brandeis University<\/strong>, a <strong data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1304\">Master\u2019s in Experimental Psychology from Northeastern University<\/strong>, and a <strong data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1398\">Bachelor\u2019s in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Virginia Tech<\/strong>.
