Saba Syed is a nationally recognized clinician, TEDx speaker, career coach, and educator with over 17 years of experience in pharmacy, population health, value-based care, and healthcare technology. As Founder & CEO of ValueRx Consulting, she leads a mission-driven firm dedicated to advancing healthcare professionals’ careers through strategic coaching, leadership development, and innovative professional training programs.

She currently serves as Clinical Product Pharmacist at Arine, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain cutting-edge software platforms that enhance patient medication outcomes. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at VillageMD and Aledade, where she oversaw pharmacy performance, designed clinical programs, led cross-market teams, and mentored emerging pharmacy leaders, including serving as Residency Program Director for a PGY2 population health and data analytics program. Over her career, she has guided hundreds of professionals through career transitions, hiring, and promotions, helping them achieve their goals.

A committed advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), she actively works to create more equitable professional environments and advance inclusive practices in healthcare and pharmacy leadership. She also empowers women and people of color through career coaching, speaking engagements, and mentorship.

Saba Syed holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Houston, an MS in Pharmacy (Medication Therapy Management) from the University of Florida, an MBA, and an MS in Business Analytics from Quantic School of Business and Technology. She is Board Certified in Ambulatory Care and Geriatric Pharmacy.
