Rebecca Neckritz is a creative multi-hyphenate working at the intersection of theatre, marketing, and community engagement. She is the Cofounder and Marketing Director of Floorwork Arts Collective, an experimental theatre startup in NYC producing immersive new work by living artists. Under her leadership, the collective has scaled audience engagement by over 300% and staged innovative productions like Bradtopia and The Greenhouse.
Beyond theatre, Rebecca serves as National Engagement Coordinator at the Jewish Graduate Student Initiative (JGSI), where she designs and leads engagement strategies for 25,000+ graduate students across 155 campuses nationwide. She has managed large-scale events, from international conferences in Washington, D.C. to hundreds of local activations, while coaching student leaders in event planning, marketing, and recruitment.
Rebecca is also a food influencer and co-creator of Philly Food Ladies (150K+ followers on Instagram and TikTok), where she develops brand partnerships with companies like Frontier Airlines, Marriott Hotels, Wawa, and Dunkin’. Her storytelling and production skills extend across social media, copywriting, and video, making her a versatile voice in both digital and live performance spaces.
