Erin Nipps, MPH is a dedicated public health professional whose work bridges local government, health education, and community engagement. She currently serves as a Public Health Program Analyst for the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS), where she develops and implements initiatives focused on behavioral health, opioid overdose reversal, and evidence-based mental health training.

A proud two-time Drexel graduate with both a BS and MPH in Public Health, Erin brings expertise in program management, instructional training, and health media campaigns. She is certified in Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid and has trained diverse audiences across Philadelphia.

Beyond her government role, Erin is also a Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleader, using her platform to amplify community initiatives and inspire through performance. She additionally serves as a Teaching Artist with Dancing Classrooms Philly, promoting health and well-being through dance education.

Erin’s unique blend of medical research experience, analytical skills, and creative communication reflects her passion for empowering underserved communities and advancing public health. Her achievements have been recognized through awards such as the A.J. Drexel Scholarship, Spirit Scholarship, and Drexel Dean’s List honors.
