About
Erica Chen is a speaker, coach, and community builder, co-founder of Super Impactful, a leadership development and impact consulting company, and founder of Unicorn Dynasty and Glitter Trail, communities for women.
After nearly two decades working in advertising and community building, she now helps individuals and organizations recognize what’s getting in their way, strengthen how they work and lead, and make more intentional choices about what comes next.
Through her signature “Pivot & Shimmy” framework, Erica explores how we can change direction when something no longer fits and keep moving when guilt, fear, or other people’s expectations show up.
