As Founder & CEO of ValueRx Consulting, Saba helps healthcare professionals and organizations navigate value-based care through strategic consulting, analytics, and career development programs. She also serves as a Clinical Product Pharmacist at Arine, where she collaborates with cross-disciplinary teams to develop technology-driven solutions that improve medication outcomes for patients nationwide.

Beyond her clinical and leadership roles, Saba is a passionate career coach and mentor, having reviewed 1,000+ resumes, conducted 100+ interviews, and guided dozens of professionals into roles where they could succeed and grow.
