BIOGRAPHY

Dhruvi Naik is in her final semester of graduate studies in Business Analytics at Temple University. With a strong foundation in Information Technology and advanced data analysis expertise, she is passionate about leveraging Generative AI to drive innovation and bridge the gap between technology and business. Her experience includes serving as a Student Researcher in Temple’s Research and Leadership Department, where she partnered with inventors and faculty to draft IP disclosures, supported patent filings, and developed streamlined digital processes that enhanced inventor engagement. She also conducted market research to assess the potential of emerging technologies and contributed to both incubation and commercialization projects.

At TEDxTempleUniversity, Dhruvi serves as Director for Speakers and Recruitment, where she leads the effort to identify, recruit, and develop speakers whose stories inspire impact and shift perspectives. She manages the speaker application process, oversees initial screenings and interviews, ensures diversity and balance in the lineup, and coordinates with the curation and coaching teams to prepare speakers for the stage. Dhruvi is driven to bring voices to TEDx that not only communicate effectively but also challenge audiences to think differently.

Technology Transfer & Innovation Commercialization – Temple University (Jan 2024 – Present)

  • Partnered with inventors and faculty to draft 10+ invention disclosures, supporting patent filings through IP research and patent landscape analysis.
  • Conducted market and competitive analysis for Temple-developed technologies to support commercialization and startup incubation.
  • Documented workflows and contributed to process mapping for commercialization teams.

 

Digital Marketing Analyst – Rasleela, Mumbai, India (Oct 2020 – May 2023)

  • Built and scaled digital marketing campaigns, helping the brand expand into Canada, Dubai, and the U.S.
