BIOGRAPHY
Wesley Greer IV serves as the Accountability Chair for TEDxTempleUniversity 2025, where he ensures structure, responsibility, and follow-through across the team. A senior majoring in Physics at Temple University, Wesley brings a unique mix of analytical thinking and interpersonal insight to the organization.
In his role, Wesley fosters a culture of transparency and reliability by overseeing task management systems, tracking deadlines, and encouraging open communication among team members. He helps keep projects on course while making sure every voice is respected and heard.
With a scientific mindset and a calm, grounded approach to leadership, Wesley is valued for his consistency, problem-solving skills, and strong sense of integrity. He sees TEDx not only as a stage for ideas, but also as a model for collaborative, ethical action.
Outside of TEDx, Wesley is involved in physics research, peer mentorship, and STEM outreach efforts that aim to broaden access and representation in science.
