Temple Sumobot Competition 2026 Registration

Get ready for an exciting showcase of engineering and innovation! The SumoBot Competition 2026 will be held on Presidents Day, February 16, 2026, which also marks the start of Engineers Week. Teams can design, build, and battle autonomous robots in a high-energy contest of strategy, strength, and creativity. This event offers a fantastic opportunity for students and robotics enthusiasts to demonstrate their skills and compete for top honors in the ring. Schools in blighted school districts may request a SumoBot kit by January 19, 2026 (MLK Day) and begin learning the competition rules.

Each school may register up to two teams for the event. A high school teacher from the same school as the participating students must accompany them as the chaperone.
