It won&#8217;t take you long to realize that Temple students, and Southeast PA people at-large <em>love<\/em> sports, especially Football, Basketball and Baseball. You&#8217;ll more than likely see your fair share of 76ers, Eagles, and Phillies merch being shown off around campus, along with plenty of support for Temple&#8217;s collegiate teams. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thankfully, these teams are not blind to the massive support they receive from Temple students and faculty, and regularly make efforts to reach out to the university through events. One example was the recent visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mlb.com\/press-release\/press-release-get-ready-details-announced-for-the-rally-for-red-october-bus-tour\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.mlb.com\/press-release\/press-release-get-ready-details-announced-for-the-rally-for-red-october-bus-tour\">Phillies Rally Bus<\/a> made to Temple&#8217;s Howard Gittis Student Center, where rally towels were handed out to awaiting fans. Students were also able to make their mark by signing the bus and cheering on the Fightin&#8217; Phils.
