I recently graduated from University of North Carolina Wilmington with my Bachelors in Marine Biology and Conservation. I completed an undergraduate honors research project in the Submerged Aquatic Vegetation (SAV) Lab where I studied the community dynamics of the different seagrass species in NC.
Currently, I am a graduate student in the Freestone Lab at Temple University and a research assistant at the Temple Ambler Field Station.
As a marine invasions ecologist, I am interested in invasion ecology along nearshore marine communities where native and nonnative species vary across a latitudinal gradient
