His technical expertise includes in-depth security and legal analyses of mass transit Digital Video Recorders, physical and network penetration testing. He has also managed vulnerability, vendor and regulatory risk management for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies. In addition to Alex&#8217;s technical background, he has practiced law, advising clients on technology related litigation and regulatory issues. His legal background includes performing litigation and regulatory due diligence for clients in the pharmaceutical, financial services and software industries. He has taught an undergraduate class on Computer Crime at Temple University, as well as continuing education classes for legal and information security professionals. He has presented at several well-known computer security conferences, including DEF CON, HOPE and ShmooCon. Alex has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University in Boston and a Juris Doctor from Temple University in Philadelphia.
