After completing a BA in Philosophy at Cornell University, Lee worked in tech and finance as a software and database developer. Increasingly interested in urban inequality, he pursued studies in GIS and urban economic geography, completing his PhD in Earth &amp; Environmental Sciences (Geography track) at CUNY Graduate Center.
