Lee Hachadoorian is an Assistant Professor of Instruction in Geography and Urban Studies at Temple University, and Assistant Director of Temple’s PSM in GIS, where he teaches courses in geographic information systems (GIS), Census data analysis, spatial databases, and geospatial programming. After completing a BA in Philosophy at Cornell University, Lee worked in tech and finance as a software and database developer. Increasingly interested in urban inequality, he pursued studies in GIS and urban economic geography, completing his PhD in Earth & Environmental Sciences (Geography track) at CUNY Graduate Center. His research interests include local public finance, residential location, segregation, and redistricting.
