The Alpha Delta Chapter of Pi Lambda Phi International Fraternity welcomes all members of the Temple University community to learn about our organization and values. The brothers of Pi Lambda Phi are united under the common goal of eliminating prejudice and sectarianism in an effort to develop well-rounded young men. We encourage anyone who is interested in learning more about the history and brotherhood of our chapter to visit the About Our Chapter section on our website. Thank you for taking interest in our organization.

PA Alpha Delta to Move to New Home

The new PiLam Chapter House at 1432 N. Broad Street (rendering)

The chapter is happy to publicly announce that after nearly 10 years of residence at 1520 N. 17th Street, we will be moving to a much larger residence at 1432 N. Broad Street starting in July 2018. After a period of rapid growth as well as deterioration of our old house, it has become necessary that the chapter relocates to a location better suited for our larger chapter. We are thankful for the opportunity that opened up for us to relocate, and are looking forward to making new memories at the Broad Street Location. This will be a return to North Broad Street for our chapter, after leaving the John Stafford Mansion at 2000 N. Broad Street in 2007.

The last gathering at our old house, 1520 N. 17th Street will be Saturday July 14th, 2018 for Bro-Fest 2018. All PA Alpha Delta Alumni are welcome.

Chapter Releases Strategic Plan

View the Spring 2018 Strategic Plan

This semester, the PA Alpha Delta Chapter has released a multi-point strategic plan that covers all facets of chapter operations. From standards and education, fundraising and philanthropy, to recruitment all aspects of chapter operations are given targets, goals, and assessments to be followed up on later in the year. We believe it is important to be open and transparent about the chapter leadership’s goals, and that by letting the community know where we stand as an organization, we can better hold ourselves accountable.

For questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to contact the chapter leadership on this website. You can view a PDF copy of the plan by clicking on the cover to the right, or by clicking here.

Welcoming the Rho Class after Fall 2017

Several of the members from our Fall 2017 Rho Class attending the Winter Formal at Pinsetter Bowling

We would like to congratulate the Fall 2017 Rho Class for joining the PA Alpha Delta Chapter of Pi Lambda Phi. This semester, the brothers of PA Alpha Delta accomplished plenty around campus, including extensive renovations to the chapter room of our historical house on 17th Street, and fundraising for several philanthropies.

Organizations supported this semester include our very own Ian Mentzer Fund, Temple University’s Hootathon, and Kamp Keesem through our “Puppies Against Prejudice” event this past month. We look forward to working with many other Temple University organizations to make Spring 2018 one for the record books. If you are interested in working with the PA Alpha Delta Chapter, feel free to reach out to us about future philanthropic opportunities.

We also welcome any prospective members or interested individuals to visit the Rush PiLam section of the site so we can contact you about the Spring 2018 Rush period, which begins during the second week of the semester.
