{"id":469,"date":"2023-10-17T10:36:27","date_gmt":"2023-10-17T14:36:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sites.temple.edu\/phbb\/?page_id=469"},"modified":"2025-08-12T09:55:35","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T13:55:35","slug":"registering-for-class","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.temple.edu\/phbb\/registering-for-class\/","title":{"rendered":"Registering for Class"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Any student from any major or College at Temple can register for the PHBB classes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EPBI 3377<\/strong> <strong>International Community Projects<\/strong>: This is a 2-credit class offered during the fall and spring semesters. even if you decide you don&#8217;t want to travel, you can still register for this class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EPBI 3387<\/strong> <strong>International Travel Experience<\/strong>: This is the 1-credit companion course to 3377 that you need to register for in order to participate in travel during the winter or summer breaks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EPBI 5387 International Action Project<\/strong>: This is the 3-credit PHBB class for graduate students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This is optional: <\/strong><em>Join the PHBB Student Association<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joining the <a href=\"https:\/\/temple.campuslabs.com\/engage\/organization\/phbb\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/temple.campuslabs.com\/engage\/organization\/phbb\">Public Health Beyond Borders Student Association<\/a> is optional. The Association meets on monthly basis to discuss the ongoing projects and fundraising activities.
