Any student from any major or College at Temple can register:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EPBI 3377<\/strong> <strong>International Community Projects<\/strong>: You can register for this 2-credit class in the fall or in the spring semesters. Even if you decide you don&#8217;t want to travel, you can still register for this class. <br>Students work during the semester in partnership with local university students to develop educational activities and materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EPBI 3387<\/strong> <strong>International Travel Experience<\/strong>: This is the 1-credit, extended semester companion course to 3377. You must seek approval from the instructor to register for the class if you want to travel to the communities during the winter (India) or summer breaks (Peru). Usually, an email from the instructor is all you need to register for class. Trips last between 10-14 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EPBI 5387 International Action Project<\/strong>: This is the 3-credit PHBB class for graduate students. Graduate students help and support undergraduate students, so they can achieve their goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This is optional: <\/strong><em>Join the PHBB Student Association<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joining the <a href=\"https:\/\/temple.campuslabs.com\/engage\/organization\/phbb\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/temple.campuslabs.com\/engage\/organization\/phbb\">Public Health Beyond Borders Student Association<\/a> is optional. The Association meets on monthly basis to discuss the ongoing projects and fundraising activities.
