Don Arrington
President<\/h3>

Don Arrington is passionate about human rights and the abolition of oppression. He is a future public defender and is also involved with the National Lawyers Guild. He is a Rubin-Presser Social Justice Fellow and a Law and Public Policy Scholar. He loves playing music, going to concerts, camping, writing, reading, film, and television.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Alice Caughey
Vice-President<\/h3>

Alice Caughey is a 2L who entered law school with a B.A. in political science and a passion for civil rights law. In addition to serving as Vice President with the Political & Civil Rights Society, she is currently President of the Temple Law Democrats. This Fall, she is a researching how recent Supreme Court decisions have caused racial bias in the American legal system, for a Temple Law professor. Billy February: Treasurer<\/h3>

Billy February is an article editor and treasurer for the Political and Civil Rights Society Journal. As a Law and Public Policy Scholar at Temple University, Billy wrote a policy proposal for a Food Allowance Program for low-income earners. Billy is engaged in the American Constitutional Society and interns at Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania Community Engagement Unit. His interest in Political and Civil Rights includes the expansion and protection of social services. \n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Carley Felzer is a 3L and a Law & Public Policy Scholar. Shaw Coneybeare

Shaw Coneybeare is a 3L and Law & Public Policy Scholar. He currently serves as Online Managing Editor for the PCRS as well as Parliamentarian on the Temple Student Bar Association Board of Governors and Vice-President of the Temple First-Gen Law Owls. He has previously interned with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office representing in municipal court. Joan Fernandez
Article Editor <\/h3>

Joan is a Rubin-Presser Social Justice Fellow and Law and Public Policy Scholar. He is broadly interested in civil rights issues, especially those pertaining to racial justice and migration. He previously served as a Co-Chair of the Immigration and Human Rights Subcommittee of the Temple Law Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild. He also participated in an in-house clinic through which he represented clients on a wage theft case and an organizational client on an advocacy project in which he helped collect, organize, and analyze data underscoring how the current state child abuse registry system is racist, deprived of due process, broadly punitive, and counterproductive to the goals of child welfare. During his last two summers, Joan interned with the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild and Post & Schell, P.C. Before law school, he represented asylum seekers and asylees in their immigration matters.
