If not yet submitted to AAAIR, please provide a description of the program proposals that will need to be submitted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proposal Submission and Review<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proposals will be evaluated based on likely benefit to the school or college, or the university, including the potential for attracting new students and markets, revenue generation projections, quality of the academic program and program management plan, commitment of leadership and personnel, and reputation of the program.<\/p>\n<p>Submission date for the first competitive round of funding is <strong>October 15, 2019<\/strong>.\u00a0 Proposals should be submitted to the Office of Digital Education at <a href=\"mailto:onlineincentive@temple.edu\">onlineincentive@temple.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2019-2020 Online Strategic Fund Proposal Guidelines Proposal Requirements Programs should submit the following documents.\u00a0 Academic units are encouraged to work through the incentive proposal attachments in the order listed.
