Sparveris) is among the 5 new Jefferson Lab proposals that were granted approval by the Program Advisory Committee (PAC51). The PAC awarded 62 days of beam time for the next phase of the proton generalized polarizabilities measurements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#f60019\"><strong><em>March 29, 2023 <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-color-header-headings-mod-color has-text-color\"><strong>The Nuclear Physics Group publishes in <em>Nature<\/em> a new measurement of the proton&#8217;s gluonic gravitational form factors:<\/strong> The reported experiment investigated the gravitational density of gluons inside the nucleon and the new results revealed that the proton has a mass radius that is notably smaller than the electric charge radius.
