Carolina<\/a> is an assistant professor in the School of Social Work with a decade of practice experience as a clinical social worker across diverse settings, including criminal justice with youth, domestic violence shelters, and legal services organizations supporting families, women, and children. Carolina\u2019s expertise includes culturally responsive approaches to research and practice, with a particular focus on racial and ethnic disparities, prevention strategies, and community engagement efforts. On this project, she supports the design and implementation of qualitative focus groups and interviews, Spanish-language interviewing, qualitative data analysis, and contributes to dissemination activities.
