Siloam Wellness<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

About:<\/strong> Siloam Wellness helps people living with HIV feel their best by cari<\/span>ng for the whole person\u2014mind, body, and spirit. They offer programs that build community, support health, and fight stigma and discrimination. Siloam also teaches young people ages 13 to 24 about HIV prevention and healthy choi<\/span>ces. Led by Sarina DiBianca, Siloam creates a safe and welcoming space for everyone.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Our Partnership:<\/strong> The Community Partnership Core works with Siloam<\/span>to share information about brain health and HIV at their half-day retreats.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

About:<\/strong> Esperanza Health Center is a trusted community health center that provides affordable, high-quality, faith-based care to individuals and f<\/span>amilies in North Philadelphia. They work to improve health and wellness for the community, offering medical, dental, behavioral health, and oth<\/span>er integrated services in a welcoming environment. All services are bilingual in Spanish and English.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Our Partnership:<\/strong> The Co<\/span>mmunity Partnership Core joins Esperanza at their monthly Hub4Health resource fairs to share information on memory, brain health, and HIV. We also provide giveaways like str<\/span>ess brains, hand sanitizers, tissues, and brain-healthy snacks.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

About:<\/strong> Philadelphia FIGHT is a dedicated community<\/span>health organization rooted in HIV care, education, research, and advocacy. Building from this foundation, FIGHT provides comprehensive, equitable, and compassionate healthcar<\/span>e and support services for individuals and communities facing healt<\/span>h disparities \u2014 includi<\/span>ng primary and HIV-specialty care, mental health services, harm reduction, clinical research, education, and outreach.<\/span><\/p>

Our Partnership:<\/strong> The Comm<\/span>unity Partnership Core collaborates with FIGHT to promote awareness and education around NeuroHIV, healthy brain habits, and memory care resources i<\/span>n Philadelphia. In support of this work, we have participated in FIGHT\u2019s annual HIV & Education Summit and<\/span>presented at their Community Advisory Board meeting.<\/span><\/p>

About:<\/strong> Bebashi supports communities by providing high-quality healthcare, health ed<\/span><\/span>ucation, and social servi<\/span>ces free of charge. Based in Philadelphia, Bebashi works to reduce health disparities through HIV testing, food access, housing services, primary care, case management, and co<\/span>mmunity education programs. Their work prioritizes dignity, equity, and culturally responsive care for people of all backgrounds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Our Partnership:<\/strong> The Co<\/span><\/span>mmunity Partnership Core partners with Bebashi to present information about HIV and brain health at suppor<\/span>t groups. We also had the opportunity to attend the grand opening of their new space in March 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
