Public Transit
All SETPA transit can be paid for using contactless payment methods (credit, debit, or mobile wallets). There is no need to purchase any separate SEPTA fare card.
- Subway: The Broad Street line stops at Cecil B Moore Station, less than 2 blocks from the Student Center.
- Regional Rail: the Temple University light rail station less than 3 blocks from the Student Center.
- From 30th St. Gray Station (Amtrak): most east traveling trains will stop at the Temple University stop. As trains are labeled by their main route, or their final stop, please consult either an app (either Google or Apple maps, or the SEPTA app available for Android or iOS)
- From the airport: the SEPTA light rail (Airport Line) will take you all the way to the Temple University stop.
- Note: If you are staying in a center city hotel, there is a fixed cab fare from the airport of $32 regardless of the number of passengers or traffic. However, the Student Center itself is outside these limits.
Both the metro and light rail stations are ADA accessible.
As of this notice (8/1/2025), the elevator to the southbound platform (leaving Temple, going towards Center City) is out of service
