Temple University’s  Bioengineering, College of Engineering is excited to host the 52nd Annual Northeast Bioengineering Conference, April 16 and 17, 2026.​​ 

Each year, the Northeast Bioengineering Conference (NEBEC) draws hundreds of biomedical and bio engineers from across the northeastern United States.  This is the second longest continuously running biomedical conference of its kind!​   

Soon, in its 52nd year, the two-day conference comes to Philadelphia as the city prepares to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.  A large turnout is expected!  Join us as a sponsor or exhibitor to showcase your institution/company and connect with a diverse pool of biomedical engineering students, scientists, and faculty from top northeastern biomedical engineering programs.​ 

NEBEC ’26 will include a Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology focused Career Fair scheduled for Friday, April 17, 2026 (coinciding with Senior Design Poster Competition for graduating seniors). NEBEC 26 Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology Career Fair is a unique and convenient opportunity for corporations, governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations/institutions, medical systems and startups to connect with over 500 of tomorrow’s science and engineering superstars and 100s of established professionals in a central and accessible location.​  All sponsorships include your logo on the website, and 2 complementary registrations.

We invite sponsorship from companies, academia, law firms, and government agencies, including leading players in Engineering in Medicine and Life Sciences. Various levels of sponsorship are available.  Based on the level of participation, sponsors will have opportunities for advertising and/or displaying their products, participating in the conference as an Academic or Career Fair Exhibitor or having a reception or awards named after the sponsoring party.  We are also open to suggestions from sponsors for additional events.​

There are several options for you to partner with us in NEBEC26.  We are happy to work with you to customize sponsorship options.

All sponsors receive include two complimentary registrations.

Exhibitors are provided table space in the exhibition hall and complementary career fair presence.  Additional accommodations available on request. 

NEBEC26 Awards Sponsor  ($10,000+)

Sponsors awards to be given at the conference.  Suggested opportunities include Senior Design Awards (1st, 2nd and 3rd place), Biomedical Engineering New Innovator Award for Junior Faculty and Biomedical Engineering Graduate Student Award.  These awards will be named after the sponsor (i.e. Sponsor Name Biomedical Engineering New Innovator Award for Junior Faculty etc.), sponsors will also be acknowledgment on the NEBEC website and social media as a NEBEC26 Awards Sponsor (with company logo and link). Conference attendance as an attendee (2x), exhibitor space, and career fair attendance included.​

NEBEC26 Keynote Speaker Sponsor ($3,000)

Two keynote speakers are invited and will require airfare and accommodation.  Sponsorship of these speakers will be recognized with the sponsor logo on the opening slide and on the conference website. Conference attendance as an attendee (2x), exhibitor space, and career fair attendance included.​

Owl Sponsor ($5,000)

Sponsor the reception in the evening of Day 1. Reception will be named after the sponsor in all NEBEC materials, sponsor logo is displayed throughout the conference space, sponsor is acknowledged on the NEBEC website and social media as a Owl Sponsor (with company logo and link).  Conference attendance as an attendee (2x), exhibitor space, and career fair attendance included.​

Platinum Sponsor ($3,000)

Sponsor a Lunch Station. Sponsor logo is displayed by the Lunch Station, sponsor is acknowledged on the NEBEC website and social media as a Platinum Sponsor (with company logo and link).  Conference attendance as an attendee (2x), exhibitor space, and career fair attendance included.​

Cherry Sponsor ($1,500)

Sponsor a Beverage Station. Sponsor logo is displayed by the Beverage Station, sponsor is acknowledged on the NEBEC website and social media as a Cherry Sponsor (with company logo and link). Conference attendance as an attendee (2x), exhibitor space, and career fair attendance included.​

Bronze Sponsor ($1000)

Bronze sponsors are acknowledged on the NEBEC website and social media as a NEBEC Sponsors (with company logo and link)​. Conference attendance as an attendee (2x), exhibitor space, and career fair attendance included.​

NEBEC26 sponsor ($500)

NEBEC26 sponsors are acknowledged in a list of other sponsors on the NEBEC website. Conference attendance as an attendee (2x) included.​
