Barry Carlton Award"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At the 2019 IEEE Radar Conference, Dr. Ahmad and her coauthors received the M. Barry Carlton Award for their paper entitled \u201cMultipath Exploitation in Through-the-Wall Radar Imaging Using Sparse Reconstruction,\u201d published in the IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems (T-AES). This award is one of the IEEE&#8217;s oldest awards and acknowledges what is judged to be the best paper in IEEE T-AES. To help identify and assess what T-AES paper is best, the Carlton Award considers papers published four years earlier in TAES. As such, this year\u2019s Carlton Award is the 2014 M.
