I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at Temple University.

My research seeks to deepen our understanding of American democracy, primarily through an examination of state and local governments. To do so, I combine experimental and quasi-experimental designs with novel, rich data sets built from from surveys, election results, and administrative archives. Learn more about my research here.
