Hello all! I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety this past year, so upon the arrival of lockdown, I was very worried. My roommate left for home so I have been quarantining by myself, which has been difficult, to say the least. In order to stay sain, I have compiled a list of things that I have used to keep me out of the dumps since quarantine has started. I hope that this helps you with your quarantine experience!!! It is important that this guide is totally based on my experiences and things that have helped me personally.
