One time there arose a situation where someone was given the wrong order which made the customer aggravated. I gained solid advertising and analytical skills from working at golf pro shop.  When a customer would come in asking for a product, I would always do a great job at describing differences between products and was able to make a lot of sales during my time at Doylestown Country Club.  I regularly communicated with members with a positive attitude and always fixed the problem if a member had one, no task was too small.  My work ethic and attitude was contagious which made the rest of the workers have a better mood which the members noticed and complimented
